Thomas Hardy Wines
First vintaged in 1989, our award winning Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon is the pinnacle of our winemaking and is a fitting tribute to our founder. Each year we select the very best parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon to create a wine of refinement and elegance with rich flavours and an outstanding palate.
Heritage Reserve Bin
Our Heritage Reserve Bin wines push the boundaries of winemaking through cross-regional blending of hand-selected grapes. Only the premier Australian regions for each varietal are considered for inclusion each vintage. The result is a complex, unique expression of the varietal, that retains the finest character of each terroir.
Tintara Wines
Our Tintara wines are a testament to Thomas Hardys quality winemaking and the site which made it all possible, combining age-old methods with new-age techniques.
Char No.3
A range of bold rich reds, aged in charred oak barrels. These barrels impart distinct characteristics and a deep complexity to the wine. The degree of barrel charring increases on a scale from No.1 to No.4 – the highly charred No.3 barrel enhances the roasted coffee and chocolate characters, revealing a subtle toasty flavour and smooth finish.

The Magic Stick
The Magic Stick was blended and then taste tested at 30,000 feet with the Virgin Airlines team to create a wine most suited to consumption in altitude as well as in land. We use what we affectionately call "The Magic Stick" - a stainless steel rod that injects air into the fermenting wine to soften the tannins while accentuating the rich fruit aromas and flavours.
Brave New World
Consumers are always on the lookout for the next exciting discovery and experience, especially in wine. Hardys Brave New World pushes boundaries, bringing together unique blends and winemaking approaches to satisfy their curiosity.
Bastard Hill
This limited release wine bears the name of the single block ‘Bastard Hill’ from where the fruit is sourced in the Yarra Valley. This block was given its name due to the extreme angle of the vineyard slope on which it’s located. Positioned at a unique site, where growing conditions for the vines is difficult and marginal at best.
Siegersdorf
Siegersdorf means ‘Conqueror’s Village’. First established in 1966 by legendary Hardy’s winemaker Dick Heath, Siegersdorf built a reputation as one of Australia’s finest wines. Siegersdorf strives for fresh varietal fruit flavours embodied by this Clare Valley Riesling.
